Philosophy on OD

Work deals with OD as a fundamental ingredient if a business is to achieve excellence. To survive and to achieve excellence, organisations need to be able to change and adapt and therefore her interest lies in helping managers create the conditions inside their companies that make productive change “a natural way of life.” She calls this “change-adept” organisations.
